Talent MUST initially submit to Louise'speople by mail. Send your color 3/4 head shot or comp with resume to the above address. If you are brand new submit a full length color snapshot with a basic resume. Louise will screen each submission PERSONALLY. New talent will be guided toward proper marketability. The agency is looking for reliable, competitive talent that have a realistic, educated approach to the industry.

THE BASICS

Always bring several head shots on castings. Get in the habit of keeping about 25 in your car. Your pictures should have a CURRENT resume attached WITH your agency name NOT your phone/email or Fax.

Be early. Map out your destination ahead of time. Prepare if you have script. NEVER go into a casting or booking and blame the agent for being unprepared.

Dress appropriately. Khakis and polo for guys is always perfect.

Girls.. leave the sexy outfits at home. Classic attire is best. Hair and makeup should be natural and fresh looking.

Please do not gossip at castings or bookings. It's ugly.

Make sure your pictures LOOK like you and are recent.

Clients pay within 30-90 days. Agency commission (20% non-union 10% union) comes from check payment automatically.

Working direct with a client after an agent initially books you will not be tolerated.

Do not sign perpetuity contracts or full media contracts without compensation or agency approval.
